If you do not agree with any clause stated in this agreement, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using RAJShiksha's services.

All payments processed on RAJShiksha for Test Passes, eBooks, or Notes are encrypted and securely executed via authorized payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking).

*In cases of duplicate billing or payment gateway glitches, please contact support with transaction screenshots within 48 hours for immediate resolution.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All study material, mock test questions, detailed explanations, exam interface layouts, vector graphics, e-books, and logos published on RAJShiksha are protected by Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property Laws.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspensions

When accessing RAJShiksha, users agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract test papers or solution banks.
• Attempt to bypass CBT exam simulator full-screen or tab-switching protections during tests.
• Post defamatory, abusive, or spam comments on platform discussion forums or Telegram groups.

Any violation will result in permanent account termination without prior notice or refund.

7 Content Accuracy & Exam Disclaimers

RAJShiksha takes rigorous care in crafting practice questions according to RPSC, RSMSSB, REET, and Rajasthan Police syllabi. However:

• We do not guarantee 100% question repetition in actual government recruitment examinations.
• If you identify typographical or answer-key errors in any mock test, please report them via the portal. Corrections are reviewed promptly.

8 Limitation of Liability

RAJShiksha shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from server downtime, internet connectivity failures during an ongoing live mock test, or changes in official government exam dates and notifications.

9 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued usage of RAJShiksha following published updates signifies acceptance of the amended terms.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
