2 How We Use Your Data

Your information is exclusively utilized to enhance your examination preparation journey on RAJShiksha:

Generating customized Performance Dashboards and real-time rank comparison keys.

Sending vital OTP authentication SMS, payment receipts, and new test series notifications.

Verifying active Test Pass memberships and delivering purchased PDF eBooks directly to your portal.

3 Payment Gateway & Financial Security

RAJShiksha DOES NOT store your Debit/Credit card PINs, CVVs, UPI Passwords, or NetBanking Credentials on our servers.

All financial transactions are directly processed through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorized Payment Gateways (such as Razorpay, Paytm, or UPI interfaces) using end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.

Your payment transactions are completely secure and governed directly by the bank gateway's encryption protocols.

4 Strict Anti-Tampering & Anti-Hacking Clause

RAJShiksha employs automated security logs to detect unauthorized system manipulation. Any user attempting to:

  • Tamper with test timers, score calculations, or question database APIs.
  • Execute SQL Injections, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), or automated scraping bots.
  • Bypass CBT exam interface full-screen mode or share paid pass accounts across multiple networks.
Legal Warning: Any attempt to tamper with RAJShiksha servers or databases is a punishable offense under Section 66 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and will lead to instant account ban and legal prosecution.

5 Cookies & Third-Party Analytics

6 Absolute Non-Disclosure & Zero Data Sale

7 Liability Protection & Legal Immunity

By utilizing RAJShiksha, you explicitly agree to hold RAJShiksha, its founders, content creators, and technical team immune from any legal claims, liabilities, or lawsuits arising out of:

  • Temporary server maintenance downtime or regional ISP network failures during mock exams.
  • Syllabus modifications, exam date delays, or recruitment changes announced by official bodies (RPSC/RSMSSB).
  • Individual student performance or final selection outcomes in actual competitive exams.

8 Government Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

RAJShiksha (rajshiksha.in) is a private, independent online educational platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing RPSC, RSMSSB, REET, Rajasthan Police, or any Government Ministry.

All exam names, logos, and official syllabi referenced on the platform belong to their respective government bodies and are used purely for educational reference and test preparation purposes.
